In contrast to other robovacs we've tested, the i3+ EVO features self-emptying bins that dump debris into an external dirt compartment on its charging base when it's full. The i3+ EVO is able to prevent overfilling thanks to a self-emptying container. However it must be manually emptied at the end of each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO dustbin can hold 2.4L, which will last for four to five cleaning sessions.

The i3+ EVO, just like the i7, utilizes state-of-the-art floor-tracking sensors to create maps. It can also allow you to navigate through neat rows. The i3+ EVO can only keep one map, whereas the i7 can store multiple. The i7's map can be used to create virtual barriers and no-go zones, but not the i3+ EVO.

The i3+ EVO does a better job of removing surface debris compared to some other robovacs we've looked at, but it's not the best in cleaning corners and edges. It's also a bit less gentle on furniture, despite being surprisingly quiet. It pushed chairs away from walls and made some collisions with the sides of our test bed, and also got stuck on cords and toys during our testing.

Whether you're expanding your collection of robot vacuums, or just beginning your journey, the Q5 Pro is a great choice. It packs a lot of power, a smart navigation system and a user-friendly automation into a slick design at an affordable price. It's the best model for the money you can get at the moment and even beats the Roborock models that are much more expensive in many ways.

This robot is great at cleaning floors that are bare and its avoidance technology helps it to steer away from furniture legs or other obstacles. It also performs well on carpets and scores the top score in our navigation tests. The only drawback is that it's louder than other models, and doesn't perform as well in our satisfaction of the owner and predicted reliability tests.

The Q5 Pro comes with a large dust bin that is 770ml, meaning that you won't need to empty it as often as other 2-in-1 robots. The Q5 Pro's 240-minute run time is also impressive when in comparison to other 2-in-1 robots we tested. When the battery is running low, it returns automatically to its dock where it recharges and then resumes cleaning where it began. You can manage the Q5 Pro via the app and also use voice commands using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.

This is one of the first robots we've seen incorporate 3D mapping. This along with other advancements made it perform extremely well in our tests for vacuuming and mopping tests. You can schedule cleanings, set no-go zones, and view the battery's status among other things. The app is simple to use, even though it does not support Apple HomeKit which is expected to be available by 2025. As of November 1, Apple has updated a footnote on its website to note that the feature will be delayed until 2025. Some other robots won't work with HomeKit, but many of them work with Siri Shortcuts.

The iMop excelled in our navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations, and it was very adept at eliminating obstacles, like furniture. It can also find its way back to the base station in case it is unable to recharge its batteries during an exercise of cleaning.

The spot cleaning mode lets you to clean a particular area of your floor. And it can be manually programmed to follow a fixed path, which is beneficial in narrow staircases or hallways.
